Instant Consulting Inc. is looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator for a large professional services client located in Englewood, CO.

Main responsibilities are:

* Resolves issues relating to missing or conflicting product information and documentation by communicating and coordinating efforts with sales staff, relationship managers, technical services and external clients.

* Monitors workflow and mailboxes.

* Reviews customer application for accuracy.

* Enters new customer information into boarding systems for account set up.

* Maintains tracking of and updates to databases with account information and new and completed work requests.

* Meets service levels by completing or following up on outstanding request.

Job qualifications are:

* Experience in a customer service role.

* Experience using Microsoft operating systems.

* Experience using Outlook email and Microsoft Office applications.

* Ability to use office applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and web based applications independently.

* Multi-task with various deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
