Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in degree in Information Technology, Business, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience

• 4 years implementation or business support experience with Oracle HR, Payroll, Learn and Recruit (preferably both in implementation and support capacity)

• Good business knowledge in HR and business processes

• Milestone oriented with a sense of urgency in meeting project goals

• Ready and willing to share information, as necessary

• Able to communicate with personnel in multi-disciplines from the clerical level to senior management

• Must be able to interact professionally with all clients, contractors and vendors, both internal and external

• Experience with large change initiatives is a plus

• Interacts with other team members to exchange information and creates a positive and productive team dynamic

• Ability to effectively work in a team environment

• Can effectively accomplish a task with minimal supervision

• Proactive in looking for solutions

• Ability to adapt and learn new Oracle HCM functionality

• Excellent planning, time management, communication (oral and written), decision making, presentation and organization skills

• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
