This role is all about being creative in both your communication style and your strategies and finding engaging ways to get clients on board.

Summary of Position:

The primary responsibility is to make outbound phone calls pro-actively to up-sell the Company’s products and services. To build and manage telephone relationships with existing and prospective clients, and efficiently deal with all enquiries from existing customers through to a satisfactory conclusion, ensuring repeat business by projecting a positive and professional image to the customers at all times.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Excellent communications skills

• Ability to handle enquiries

• Answering incoming calls

• Up-selling products and services

• Updating client accounts

• Processing customer correspondence

• Computer literate

• Constant focus on providing excellent customer service

• Drive sales campaigns in line with sales strategy

• Raise and processing sales orders accurately through to dispatch

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Problem solving skills

• Positive attitude

• Ability to manage multiple tasks

• Track record of achieving targets

• Good organizational skills

• 1-2 years experience within sales / customer services
