BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or Communications, or equivalent.

• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in an existing Marketing role. Some prior Business to Business Marketing experience preferred.

• Knowledge of and can apply marketing mix concepts (e.g., brand positioning, brand architecture, SWOT analysis, competitive assessment, marketing objectives/strategies, customer segmentation).

• Knows or is familiar with procedures and marketing mix elements that drive increase in volume and brand equity.

• Knows and applies basic marketing strategies (marketing programs).

• Knows basic sales management concepts (sell-in process, benefits/features products, channels, and training).

• Fluency in all Microsoft Office programs, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel;

• Working knowledge of key technology – WebEx, LiveMeeting, etc.

• Working knowledge of marketing automation

• Strong quantitative knowledge and problem solving skills

• Develops alliances internally and externally that will drive efficiency and help create success for the company and its customers, suppliers, community.

• Develops and uses collaboration for the purpose of accomplishing work objectives; develops relationships with other individuals by listening, sharing ideas, and appreciating others.
