- Handling and replying to customer inquiries through email, phone and a-live clients.
- Maintaining customer relations.
- Providing feedback to Supervisor/head on customer's needs/feedbacks.
- Preparing and generating reports relating customer's queries.
- Researching into customer's queries/concerns into the systems.
- Data entries of event results in the system.
- And all other tasks/responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor/Head of the Department.
Qualifications/Knowledge and skills set:
- Able and willing to work overseas (Philippines)
- Academic Qualifications of Diploma Studies and/or Bachelor’s Degree
- xcellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin
