Instant Consulting Inc., is looking for a Mailroom Clerk for a large professional services client located in Dallas, TX.

Main responsibilities are:

* Uses all copier equipment, calculators, fax machines, and postage meters.

* Some computer data entry will be required.

* Ships and receives product and supplies, sorts, distributes, and handles incoming and outgoing mail, as well as applies necessary postage.

* Distributes mail to company personnel and/or designated drop-off points as required.

Job qualifications are:

* 1 year of mailroom experience is required, document imaging and general office experience is a plus.

* High school diploma or GED.

* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) required.

* Technical aptitude with printers, copy and postage machines and other office equipment.
