Project Coordinator /On-Boarding Specialist/ Field Client Trainer ( 1+ yr experience)

*** Openings: Atlanta, Los Angeles, San Fran, Silicon Valley/Sunnyvale CA, Denver ( Local Travel)

This is a Field-Based Operations Role- No Selling - Since this is a client-facing role, you must be outgoing, energetic, enthusiastic, and can engage with high-level executives.

Work for a Large well established US based company, openings due to expansion of new offices through out the US.

Ideal candidate has between 1-6 years of experience in problem solving, trouble-shooting, on-boarding, working directly with clients, coordinating accounts, any type of sales; OR Training employees/customers. Must have Bachelors Degree w/ good GPA.

Open to all industries and many different experiences in account coordinator, sales, corporate customer service, management training programs, technology/computer, finance, teaching/training, or related. Must very organized and able to manage all aspect of the project, out-going, problem solver, highly analytical, with excellent reasoning skills.

Position Purpose:

Work with our Executive Sales Reps in the conversion and training of new clients from their previous systems. Also responsible for ensuring new clients’ start on time and are processed accurately and timely. Assist with all aspects of conversion from collecting data to training. Provide new customers with comprehensive product training during their transition.

What you will be doing:

• Train new B2B Clients on the technical aspects and functionality of system

• Manage new accounts in transition

• Must be comfortable with public speaking to up to 30-40 employees

• Create and manage implementation timeline and project plan

• Work with new customers on site and via GoToMeeting to collect all the data required for the implementation process

Requirements:

• Must have 4-yr Bachelors’ degree with good GPA (3.0 +)

• Must be organized, highly analytical, good in math, and reasoning

• Good problem solver

• Must have out-going personality and able to engage in all levels of management

• Must be knowledgeable in Excel

• Must be currently working or within 60 day of last day

• Ideal candidate has between 1-6 years work experience post college (account management, sales, software/database training, client training, corporate customer service, or related area)

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization and timely completion of projects

• Must be detail-oriented

• Demonstrate proficiency with computers, specifically in Excel and GoTo Meeting

• Professional appearance and demeanor (Suits)

• Project management skills

• Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to work with various departments both inside the company and with clients

• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form

Compensation:

Starting 46K base salary, 10K+ annual bonus, $550 per month car or commuting allowance (only NYC and Brooklyn does not require a car, they will receive the same amount for commuting costs) 401k, and subsidized benefits package. Though accomplishments the base salary will increase substantially (additional 10K+in salary) within the 8-18 months.
