Our client company is seeking an experienced analyst to perform a variety of compensation functions including development, maintenance and administration of the company’s various compensation programs.

You must be willing to:

• Conduct/analyze organization-wide and discipline/industry specific market salary surveys on compensation practices

• Develop/revise job descriptions/Key Results Areas (KRA’s)

• Oversee updating/testing/implementing the compensation related HRIS programs/processes

• Analyze salary structure specific/individual level jobs for changes in market salary range/average pay/differential

• Collaborates with survey vendors/consultants to analyze/prepare various sorts of data for review by the Board

Requirements (MUST HAVE)

• BS/BA in a related field or equivalent HR Compensation experience

• 3 years progressively responsible HR compensation experience (salary survey analysis/job description development/evaluation)

• 3 years using excel spreadsheets/creating complex formulas across multiple data scenarios

• Familiarity with HRIS systems data gathering/manipulation/reporting functions

• Hospital/Healthcare experience preferred

• CCP Certification preferred
