Job Description:

• Preparation of training plans and modules for entire sales department

• Execution of training courses

• Testing of sales force performance and analysis of results to identify areas for improvement or re-training.

• Coaching (train on the job) sales staff

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least College Degree (any course)

• At least 6 months of experience in face to face adult training or teaching is a MUST

• Teaching in schools/educational institutions/instructor capacity

• Knowledgeable in non-traditional training methods

• Training BPO employees (Sales and Customer Service preferred)

• Quality Assurance (but must have experience in basic training/onboarding, coaching, and calibration processes)

• Training via third-party consultancy firms (outsourced training centers)

• Training frontliners/retailers

• Knowledgeable in MS Office (MS Publisher is a plus).

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel (tracking/reporting)

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
