Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives (capital instruments & reagents) in targeted Anatomic Pathology, Histology, Dermatology & GI labs in Little Rock, AR, Kansas City, MO & surrounding areas. Must maintain & grow existing accounts & develop new accounts in the assigned geography. Develop partnerships with all levels of Buying Influences to include: C-Suite, Lab Directors, Lab Managers, Histotechnologist, Safety Officers, Materials Management, etc. Additionally, position requires value quantification presentations to potential customers. Must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the full portfolio of products offered Diagnostics, Tissue Division. Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise; to drive the customer focused sales process. Must work independently & collaborate with a team of Specialists to achieve and exceed sales objectives. Customer focused selling skills is a must to drive consistent results & partnerships. Overnight travel is required.

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of relevant & proven complex sales experience (capital sales experience is a plus)

• Good oral and written communication skills including making impactful presentations.
