Nursing Home Regional Finance Consultant – Northern California


We have a new employment opportunity for a Regional Business Office Manager / Accounts Receivable Consultant with long-term care experience. Candidate will preferably live in the North Bay area. This position requires experience directing the business office functions of multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities.

The successful candidate will be an experienced SNF BOM / Regional BOM with experience in billing Medicare, Medi-Cal, and Managed Care (HMO) in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) / Nursing Homes.

Regional Business Office Manager responsibilities include:

• Supervising multiple Business Office Managers

• Reviewing reimbursement & A/R data for accuracy

• Preparing detailed financial reports for senior management

• Monitoring facilities in California for compliance with state and federal regulations

• Providing support and direction to staff in order to ensure the financial proficiency of each team member

Regional Business Office Manager qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics

• Recent long term care experience

• Strong financial, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Extensive experience in Long Term Care reimbursement practices

• Multi-facility, Multi-state LTC AR experience
