Job Responsibilities

1. Delivery of team sales, service level components, quality and productivity targets & indicators

2. Motivate and inspire team members

4. Coach and help develop team members; help resolve dysfunctional behavior

7. Lead and facilitate constructive communication:

Lead the rich array of types of communication exchanged between team members that include goal setting, task assignments, work scheduling, announcements, problem solving,performance evaluation, corrective feedback, praise, discussions, etc. Communicate in a way that is truthful and believable to team members.

8.Encourage open communication among team

members and communicate team views to and from other teams. Encourage self-criticism.

9.Provide constructive feedback to the team on where and how it might improve.

10.Strive for team consensus and win-win agreements. Provide guidance to the team based on upper management direction. Escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the team and communicate team views to upper management. Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve interface and integration issues with other teams.

11.Monitoring and improving the team performance. Help keep the team focused and on track. Communicate team status, task accomplishment,

and direction. Intervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving issues.


Has to have experience in Outbound Sales

Should have Good Communication Skills

Must have Experience of relevant Process/Product, TL, Supervisor, Verifier, operations, Outbound Sales for USA/UK/AUS PROCESS or PROMOTIONAL PROCESS.

Minimum 2 + years in any USA/UK/AUS PROCESS (Sales Or Up selling Process).

Graduate/Post Graduate in Any Stream with experience of Min. 2 to 8 yrs in an International BPO.

The role requires, functional knowledge of MS Excel,

communication skills. The person should be proactive, responsive to business requirements.
