Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Responsible for research and development of signals for mid-term CTA strategies, including momentum and trend following (holding period of ~days to 2 weeks). Backtesting and debugging models frequently

• Quantitative analysis across all liquid futures markets (foreign exchange, ETF/equities, fixed income commodities etc)

• Implementation of portfolio construction framework to enable dynamic asset allocation and optimisation of GTAA

• Responsible for managing own personal portfolio and PnL

• Role reports to Head of Quantitative Strategies

Key Qualifications / Experience

• At least 7-10 years’ experience in a similar capacity, either in a hedge fund, proprietary trading firm or bank

• Candidates should have trading experience and personal PnL track record

• PhD from a leading university in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Physics, Financial Engineering or Statistics

• Proficient in MatLab, Python, R

• Based in Singapore
