Responsibilities:

Coordinate, administer, communicate and record all Leave of Absence Policies and Disability applications in a timely manner while complying with all applicable laws. Assist with processing Workers Compensation claims with the TPA. Provide guidance to all Directors regarding all the various Leave of Absence Policies/Disabilities/Return to Work processes.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. AD or BA/BS degree strongly preferred. PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Experience with FMLA, NJFLA, NJ paid leave, disability insurance and W/C and all associated legal aspects required.

2-3 years' experience in employee leave management required; 5+ years preferred.

Hospital based experience preferred.
