The Member Solutions Department is seeking dynamic, visionary, self-starting, competitive minded individuals to lead teams of highly motivated and skilled professionals that are dedicated to improving the lives of our members, their families, and communities.

Sets high standards and expectations and proactively coaches, counsels, and develops the Member Solutions team to consistently meet or exceed the stated standards and expectations.
Cultivates a competitive team environment that is relentlessly focused on elevating the internal and external member experience.
Owns the member service experience by passionately leading, motivating and participating in branch activities to effectively model the Credit Union service standards.
Committed to personal excellence and inspires direct reports to devote the time, energy and effort required for realizing full potential.
Builds highly effective relationships with peers and others in and outside of the organization for the benefit of the Team and others.
Regularly initiates and encourages participation in department activities that support our internal and external service culture.
Vigorously identifies and pursues opportunities for strengthening existing relationships that improve the financial well-being of our members.
Proactively grows overall branch awareness and market share by participating in community events; Identifies, establishes, and maintains professional business relationships with internal and external members, partners and vendors; Regularly conducts local business site visits and participates in events to build current relationships, as well as seeks opportunities to expand the organization’s relationships with employer groups; Seizes opportunities to expand financial relationships with members including referrals to our Home Lending, Commercial Lending, and Financial Advisor teams.
Enthusiastically role models the member advocacy philosophy and takes pride in being the “Standard of Excellence”; Inspires team to blend exceptional member service with value-added programs and provide education and guidance to members on the use of Northern’s multiple delivery channels.
Continuously and proactively researches, develops, and implements strategies to improve overall operating efficiencies and streamline branch processes to enhance productivity and profitability, while maintaining a consistent “WOW” atmosphere.
Effectively listens and encourages individual and team ideas and input.
Enthusiastically recognizes behavior and actions that support Northern’s Core Values, Mission and Vision.
The ideal candidate will be naturally competitive and enthusiastic, must have solid leadership qualities and be a well-organized, self-motivated professional with excellent listening and communication skills; Must also exhibit sound, independent judgment and have a proven track record for multi-tasking and performing duties in a fast paced environment; Bachelor’s degree preferred with two to five years of progressive leadership experience within the financial industry.
