• Planning, monitoring and scheduling staff and work operations;

• Employment responsibility including hiring, reviewing and staff development;

• Providing leadership and continuous improvement to the team including safety, quality, costs, productivity and delivery;

• Analyzing production schedules and estimating employee hourly requirements;

• Evaluating needs and requirements for new products or processes.

Education: 4-year degree required; Engineering, Business or related disciplines preferred.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience;

• Experience in team leadership and continuous improvement successes;

• Knowledge and experience using Lean Manufacturing principles;

• Strong knowledge in the areas of safety, quality, cost/productivity and delivery;

• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
