Handling and replying to customer inquiries through email, phone, and alive clients.
Maintaining customer relations.
Providing feedback to Supervisor/ Head on customer’s needs/feedbacks.
Preparing and generating reports/relating customer’s queries.
Researching into customer’s queries/concerns into the systems.
Data entries of event results in the systems.
And all other tasks/responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor/Head of the Department.
Filipino / Native Japanese
Single, preferable Female between the ages of 21-34
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/ Degree, any field.
Should be proficient in English & Japanese language in Reading, Writing and Speaking
Experienced employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Must be knowledgeable in the use of electronic mail (email), live chat and other online communication tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and all other programming used for presentation and marketing.
Must be knowledgeable in Sports.
