Responsibilities:

Review and prepare Contracts /agreements and templates

Coordination for board Meeting & preparation of Board Resolution and secretary certificate for bidding and other

Coordination of Legal retainers

Filing of legal documents and corporate documents for government agencies

Orientation of sales on the issue on legal matters

Other assistance to SVP and President

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree of any four (4) year pre-law course like Legal Management. Graduates with Law degrees but who are “under-Bar” are welcome to apply.

With at least 1 year experience in Contracts/Agreement preparation

Has working knowledge of legal terms and procedures

Experienced in administrative work with above average oral and written communication skills

High level of client service skills

Willing to work in Greenhills San Juan
