-Formulates and recommends policies and procedures
-Answer queries of employees regarding administrative matter
-Implement and proper monitoring of all policies and procedures set by the company
-Conduct investigations of employees for disciplinary matters
-Facilitate the issuance of Performance Evaluation and reward programs
-Preparation of employee's Employment Certificate
-Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships
-Assist in training and development of employees
-Assist and reports directly to the HR Manager
-Performs other functions that may assigned from time to time
