Exciting ng new venue, established on the West Coast as well as other Virginia markets is looing for an experienced Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager.
This is a full service, high volume, casual F&B venue, heavy events and banquets with bar and entertainment operations.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years as Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef, $3M+ annual sales and a BOH team of 25+.
We require strong leadership, culinary passion and a high sense of urgency with attention to detail.
New opening experience is a plus.
$55K base, plus great bonus and benefits
