Working Schedule: Dayshift

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in Japanese (both in written and verbal)

Must be proficient in English language

Native or Non-Native Speaker

Experience in customer service is an advantage

Knowledgeable in phone and e-mail correspondence

Responsibilities:

Handles the complaints of the customers through phone and e-mail

Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution

Work with manager to ensure customer service is being delivered

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts
