Salary: Negotiable

Responsibilities:

Assigned in handling Multinational Computer processing applications

Provide excellent customer service

Resolves technical issues for customers

Responsible in increase brand awareness through social media and other channels

Monitor activity and interpret posts correctly

Handle follow-up, tracking and monitoring, including maintaining logs and tracker reports

Requirements:

Proficient in Japanese Language

Good English communication skills

Native or Non-Native Japanese

Technical background is an advantage

Willing to work in a shifting schedule
