Professionally handles inquiries of customers and resolves issues smoothly

Follow up with customers and provide feedback

Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed the expectations of customers


Can speak, read and write in Japanese Language

Proficient in English Language

Native or Non-native speaker

Background in helpdesk support and related jobs is an advantage

Knowledgeable in helpdesk software and databases

Experience in banking is an a plus
