Handles the inquiries received from help desk ticketing system, e-mail, telephone calls, calls backs or escalations

Responsible in providing support to laptops, desktop, printing and telecommunications system users to ensure satisfaction and productivity

Troubleshoot and resolve issues and problems in person through telephone or through remote desktop or through e-mail


Proficient in Japanese Language in both verbal and written communication

Good English communication skills

At least 1-3 year experience in providing PC desktop support in a corporate environment

Knowledgeable in desktop operating systems (Windows 7, Windows 8, OSX)

Basic knowledge of networking protocols and components within a corporate WAN
