Requirements:

Can speak, read and write in Japanese

Proficient in English

Experience in BPO and related work is an advantage

Knowledgeable in telephone and e-mail correspondence

Willing to work in a shifting schedule

Responsibilities:

Professionally handles the complaints of customers

Handles inquiries and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
