Responsibilities

• Handle customer data and produce activity reports

• Give a first level contact and find for solutions to customer issues

• Provide assistance to person through phone

• Should ensure to follow up with customers, provide feedback and resolve problems

• Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations

• Should be knowledgeable regarding help desk procedures, products and services

Salary: Negotiable

Location: Makati City

Requirements

• Filipino fluent in English and Japanese (Ages from 20-35 years old)

• Experience/Background in providing help desk support is a MUST

• Knowledgeable in help desk software and databases

• Bank experience with multi-tasking skills is an advantage

• Customer service orientation
