Japanese Customer Service (Search Engine)

Responsibilities

• Must be communicate using Japanese and English language fluently

• In charge of dealing objection and closing payment skills

• Ability to work in a quota-driven environment aggressively and energetically

• Must be process and detail oriented

• Take and reply to phone calls energetically and with confidence

• Make decisions according with departmental policies and procedures

• Should develop and keep effective working relationships with employees

• Responsible in providing a solution to solve problems related to computer system software and operations

Location: Taguig City

Salary: Negotiable

Requirements

• Must be fluent in Japanese and English (reading, writing and speaking)

• At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any related courses is a plus

• Preferably with at least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field

• At least 1-4 years’ experienced specializing in Finance, Customer Service and/or Technical Support or any related fields is an advantage

• Experience/background in utilizing and creating spreadsheets is a plus

• Must have strong analytical/problem solving skills

• Should be knowledgeable in computer operations and computer systems analysis

• Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office Documented, excellent attendance record in previous positions

• MAbility to follow complex oral and written instructionsis a must

• Must be amenable to start as soon as possible
