Job Description:

The Business Analyst position will expect a fair knowledge of the HR/Payroll Insourced / Outsourced / SaaS market in the Philippines.

The position is expected to have a high-level understanding of HR/Payroll requirements.

Sound knowledge of statutory compliances, government reporting and standard scope of work in the payroll domain

Understand Competition in the Philippines for HR/Payroll services – Outsourced and SaaS Payroll

Map HR/Payroll demand vs supply in the business districts of the country

To market and sell company HR Payroll Services

Provide quantitative analysis of operational and business data to the main company office in India

Maintain business relationships with existing company's clients in the Philippines

Job Requirement:

Preferably with Masters Degree in Business Management / Human Resources Management.

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy / IT / Computer Science.

Preferably with experience in selling BPO Payroll Services in the Philippines.

Tech Savvy / Computer literate with hands-on use of Microsoft Apps/databases.

With excellent analytical skills and has strong knowledge of HR Processes and Policies

Excellent communication skills, pleasing personality.

A go-getter, a self-starter.
