Infrastructure Project Manager

Key capabilities such as mobile integration, sophisticated analytics, functionally rich Sales and eCommerce and scalable Cloud solutions are part of the company’s go forward strategy.

Reports to: Sr. Director PMO

Responsible for and leads the translation of the client's complex business requirements into formal agreements establishing specific solutions, applications or processes ultimately culminating in customer acceptance of the results. This includes working with client personnel and executives to identify business requirements and, subsequently, working with, and leading others in the initiating, planning, controlling, executing and closing of the client's solution.

Responsible for a wide range of process activities beginning with the request for proposal through development, and final delivery.

- Develop and manage project plans which include time, scope, activities, risks, escalations, outcomes, and resource requirements

• Drive the alignment across technology, other project managers, Development Managers, Intake and PMO

• Define and guide key stakeholders to align project objectives, and to identify cross-project dependencies and leverage resources appropriately

• Provide leadership to complex projects in a large-scale enterprise infrastructure shared services environment

• Implement program framework and governance that aligns with project management methods, but considers the needs of the unique program methodology including status reporting and metrics

Requirements

• BA / BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related discipline

• Expertise in CLOUD and rapid deployment infrastructure environment

• Experience in Managing Point of Sales roll-out and implementation projects

• Experience in managing Security projects, specifically related to PCI and Pen Test remediation projects.

• 5 to 10 years of experience as an infrastructure PM

• Experience managing diverse, integrated project teams in the implementation of large-scale, complex IT infrastructure

• Experience successfully managing project delivery in a large-scale enterprise infrastructure shared services environment

• Strong planning, coordination and project management skills, including resource supply and demand planning

• Exceptional communication skills including negotiation and influence management

• Strong executive presence, ability to communicate confidently at VP and CIO level

• Extensive experience in client relationship management

• Broad-based knowledge of information technology and specific knowledge of infrastructure

• Experience with managing project budgets

• Experience working in a structured PMO environment

• Strong communication skills

• Experience using MS Office, PS Project, Visio

• Working knowledge of Agile SDLC and Project Management methodology

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
