About the Role

A public primary school in Hangzhou city is seeking a full-time ESL teacher. You’ll be working with students between the ages of 6 and 12 in a steady, well-organized school setting. The role follows a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule.

Teaching load: 23 hours per week, plus office hours (total weekly time around 40 hours)

Contract duration: one academic year (August 2026 – July 2027)

Benefits

Monthly pay ranges from 18,000 to 20,000 RMB, with an additional 3,000 RMB monthly housing allowance (enough for local rent). During school breaks, you still receive a base salary of 5,000RMB plus the housing allowance.
