Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their expanding team.
In this role, you will focus on enhancing processes, implementing lean manufacturing practices, conducting capacity analysis, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to support operational excellence across the organization.

Description Evaluate manufacturing processes to identify constraints, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Create, update, and sustain standardized work instructions, visual management tools, and process documentation.
Lead and support Lean manufacturing efforts, including value stream mapping, Kaizen events, standard work development, 5S, and waste reduction initiatives.
Perform time studies and work measurement to establish reliable labor standards and production rates.
Support labor planning, staffing strategies, and capacity analysis across multiple product families.
Partner with Operations to balance workloads, optimize line flow, and improve overall efficiency.
Conduct capacity modeling and throughput analysis to support production planning and capital investment decisions.
Analyze operational performance metrics such as OEE, scrap, downtime, and cycle times to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Support corrective and preventive action processes, including root cause analysis, PFMEA updates, and control plans.
Assist with plant layout optimization, material flow improvements, and ergonomic enhancements.
Collaborate closely with Production Supervisors and Operators to implement improvements on the shop floor.
Contribute to cost reduction efforts and productivity improvements aligned with overall business objectives.
