Will define user personas, flows, and stories, as well as wireframe solutions for the initiatives as presented by the Product team. The role will establish parameters and requirements ahead of digital design to ensure that the delivered solution successfully meets the needs of the business in a way that respects usability and delivers on brand integrity.


•Wireframe potential solutions to business requests

•Identify ways to utilize elements of digital design to improve the perceived experience across each of our platforms

•Document user personas and flows for critical areas of platform experiences, which should be used for reference in new feature development

•Collaborate with design to deliver comprehensive solutions that can be handed off for development

•Discover ways of improving existing features to deliver against both established KPIs and overall brand experience

•Maintain a current awareness of the digital design space to be able to advocate for new technology and ideas as they gain traction

•Responsive design awareness (grid layout, responsive type sizing, icon fonts, SVG, responsive image serving, responsive vs. adaptive, etc.)

•High-level front end tech and performance concepts

•Designing for perceived performance

•Mobile app design considerations

•E-commerce UX best practices

•Wireframing (Sketch, etc.)

•Graphic/Digital design fundamentals (Photoshop)

•Excellent project communication competency

•Digital UI concepts (modals, interstitials, hamburger icon, etc.)
