We are looking for Business Development Executive for IT Industry at Santacruz.

Post- Business Development Executive

Experience- 6 months – 1 year

Job Profile-

● Develop prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.

● Duties include negotiating contracts, initiating proposals, and closing deals.

● Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

● Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of

● opportunities.

● Research and build relationships with new and existing clients.

● Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to

a positive conclusion.

● Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

● Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

● Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

● Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

● Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Skill Requirements:

● Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant

role

● Proven sales track record

● Experience in customer support is a plus

● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

● Proficiency in English

● Market knowledge

● Communication and negotiation skills

● Ability to build rapport

● Time management and planning skills

● BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

Working days- Mon- fri

Working hours- 9.00am – 6pm
