Now take that into account and understand that this client of ours is a personal friend of the owner of our company, so we?re going to be even MORE particular.

Here's what the situation is.

This company needs an experienced Commercial/Industrial salesperson with either electrical, mechanical or HVAC background. Our client is NOT necessarily looking for a hunter because they're going to provide an active client list as well as all the leads that you'll ever need for their clients. You'll work their New England and NY clientele in the high-end industrial vertical. If you're selling $100 items, that isn't remotely close to what they want. If your low-end products are in the $10,000+ range, that's what we're talking about.

You'll need at least 5+ years of Sales and/or Account Management experience in an industrial industry provider. You'll need an aptitude in electrical and/or mechanical products. You should be able to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics and properly make quotes based on them. You'll be able to travel to customer locations with minimal overnight stays.

You should have CRM experience. You should be interested in a position that offers a salary in the $60-$75K range plus commission and AMAZING benefits. For the right person, our client might consider a work from home situation. You'll also get the use of a company vehicle when needed.
