We have a winner - and by a winner, we mean any new client who approaches us to find them new talent - who wants a top-shelf sales person

We're not talking your "I-show-up-therefore-I'm-talented," kind of person. NOPE, we're looking for a certifiable superstar...Someone who has more wins under their belt than Geno Auriemma. Someone who makes sales like a Rock Star makes Groupies.

Our client is looking for a self-motivated person who will have a territory that stretched from Maine to West Virginia. You'll be on the road about 50-$65% of the time and the rest you'll work from home. You'll be selling capital machinery to all food processing and the baking industry. You MUST have capital sales experience...If you don't, they won't consider you.

You must know CAD drawings...not necessarily be able to create them, but certainly to read them...because you'll be measuring out placements.

You'll have quotas to fill so you should have a record of meeting and exceeding them. You'll also need to understand USDA regulations and Health Department codes.

These guys are treating people right.

Salary is in the $60k-$75K range plus commissions and bonuses, a 401K, Travel Expenses, Vacation, and Health Insurance.

This company has been around quite a while. No need to worry about it going anywhere. But if you're serious about having a promotable position this one does. You are replacing someone who is being promoted.
