Company is looking for an Industrial Engineer.

Summary of Job Responsibilities (but not limited to):

o Lead new WMS implementation project

o Develop WMS training program for both office and warehouse floor positions

Design custom reports in SQL, perform integrations with clients' ERP systems, setup EDI

Provide industrial engineering expertise and guidance in warehouse operations

Key Job Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Project manage the implementation of our new Warehouse Management System. This will require weekly staff meetings to ensure the project is implemented correctly and on time. This position will serve as the interface between our WMS vendor's project manager and team members.

While implementing our new WMS, we will need to develop a training program to be used for current and future hires. The training program ideally will utilize as much as our WMS vendor's materials as possible. The training program should be computer based.

For existing and new clients, this position will determine the optimal way to setup the client's products, process flows, EDI documents, customer service reports, and any other interfaces or integrations needed.

Ideally, the person filling this role will be an Industrial Engineer who can optimize our cold storage warehousing and ecommerce fulfillment processes. Time studies on the floor and in the warehouse will be necessary.

Supporting business development team with designs and solutions for prospects

Job Qualifications (but not limited to):

Minimum Educational level:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering

Experience (if applicable):

5+ years of experience managing 3PL WMS

5+ years prior 3PL warehousing/distribution operations IE experience

Experience implementing complex WMS across multiple remote sites

License or Certification (if applicable):

Proficient in AutoCAD

Proficient in Microsoft SQL

Proficient in Workflows

Proficient in EDI transactions setup

Lean/Six Sigma

Travel Requirements (if applicable):

As needed between sites

Minimum Physical Job Requirements (if applicable):

Ability to work as needed in cold storage environment

Bottom line requirements we need notes on with candidate submittal:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related.

2. 5+ years of experience managing third party logistics WMS.

3. 5+ years prior third party logistics warehousing/distribution operations Industrial Engineering experience.

4. Experience implementing complex WMS across multiple remote sites.

5. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft SQL, Workflows, EDI transactions setup, and Lean/Six Sigma.
