Performs candidate pooling, resume screening and interview scheduling.
Administer application forms and written examinations
Conducts initial interviews, as applicable.
Clerical work, i.e. encoding, photocopying, filing and ensuring that 201 file is complete
Pre-employment requirements collection and filing
Maintain and ensure updated database of newly hired personnel
Adhere to established rules, procedures, and policies of the department and the company as a whole.
Maintain a neat and orderly work area and environment at all times.
Ensure all coordination and communication requirements are met consistently, appropriately and correctly.
Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
