The Sales Order Processor will assist the Warehouse and Logistics department in preparing the necessary documents for the client’s orders, including the coordination for the delivery.
• In charge of checking on the availability of the products; preparation of documents for processing before the delivery of the products, and encoding of data in the system
• Will coordinate with the Accounting Department for the payments received for the requested products
• Will coordinate with the Logistics department for scheduling of deliveries on a timely manner.
• Female, at least 22 years old
• With minimum of 1 year experience in the related field
• Graduate of any business or computer related course
• Thorough and has good attention to details. Good in Analyzing Information.
• Active, Multi-tasker, patient and level-headed
• Can provide good experience in customer service
