Sourcing Analyst

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.• Master's Degree preferred.• 3-5 years of experience in sourcing and managing contracts.

The primary purpose of the job is to:Under general supervision, the Sourcing Analyst will support AmeriHealth Caritas Family of Companies and its affiliates with Sourcing, Supplier Management, and service requirements. The Sourcing Analyst oversees and directs strategic aspects of supplier and services throughout the enterprise. Utilizes a combination of subject matter expertise in one or more areas of indirect spend (HR, Marketing, Finance, IT, Operations, etc.) and strategic sourcing proficiency. Manages contracts and relationships with selected suppliers. Maintains daily relationship with suppliers and business unit ensuring supplier performance and other expectations including leading Quarterly/Monthly Business Reviews. Proactively manages the satisfaction of the businesses with the supplier by integrating with businesses to constantly re-evaluate their needs.
