We are actively seeking an ambitious and dynamic individual to spearhead the growth of our Company, Forever Living Products in Dubai, UAE and across the region. Forever Living Products is a highly respected, forward thinking, innovative company with over 37 years of uninterrupted growth. We are a Global Brand Leader in the Health and Wellness sector with superior quality products that fit into a number of growing marketplaces including: Health, Nutrition, Skin Care, Cosmetics, Weight Management and Sports Performance. We are already operating in 158 countries with turnover in excess of $2.6 Billion annually and an asset base in excess of $1.5 Billion and now plan to significantly expand our operations in UAE.

The market potential in the UAE and the wider region is huge and we are looking for someone with the vision to see the tremendous potential and to become a key player in our expansion within the region. The successful candidate will be working in a self-employed capacity alongside our company. They will be mentored to a Leadership position and will directly benefit from the growth within the UAE and the region as a whole as a result of our generous Bonus Structure which sees them being rewarded based on the turnover they help to generate.

The Role

You will be responsible for creating and developing a client base to include direct consumers of our products as well as distributors of our products. Your activities will be heavily geared towards creating brand awareness, identifying potential sales and converting them into clients and identifying and developing a team of distributors, creating national and international distribution channels. Your role will be home-based and you can choose your hours, working flexibly around other commitments if you wish.

You will be paid commission-style bonuses based on the turnover from your direct sales at a level of 35 - 48%. You will also be paid Team Leading and Business Development bonuses of an additional 3 - 13% of the turnover created by the team you develop. There are additional Leadership bonuses of 2 - 9 %. This Bonus Structure results in significant earning potential with this opportunity, in fact your earnings are uncapped. You are encouraged not to set limits on your potential - the higher the turnover you generate (through direct sales and the distribution channels you create) the higher the income you will be paid.

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, Management, Training, Health/ Wellness, Recruitment or HR, is useful but not essential as you will receive world class training and personal mentoring, with Fast Track and Leadership Programmes. Attitude is more important than experience in this role. You must be dynamic, positive, target/deadline driven, energetic, enthusiastic and hardworking. You must be willing to quickly take on new ideas and to work on your own and as part of a team.
