About the Opportunity

We are Virtual Starlight, a high-growth startup marketing agency specializing in Digital Marketing. As a startup, we are lean, fast-paced, and results-obsessed. We’ve built the infrastructure and the service delivery; now, we are looking for a powerhouse Sales & Marketing Specialist to help us scale.

This is a unique, commission-only role. We aren't looking for an employee; we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded closer who wants to build a massive recurring revenue stream by selling services they actually understand.

The Compensation: 15%-20% Forever

We value long-term growth over short-term wins. Our commission structure is designed to reward the builders:

20% Commission on the initial closed contract.

15% Lifetime Residuals: As a startup, we know the value of retention. You will continue to receive a 15% cut of the monthly retainer for as long as the client stays with the agency.

No Caps: In a startup environment, there is no "ceiling." Your income grows directly with the agency’s success.

What You’ll Be Doing

Consultative Sales: Use your marketing expertise to diagnose client needs and pitch our agency's solutions as a peer-level consultant.

Startup Growth: As our first dedicated sales partner, you will have a direct hand in refining our sales deck and outreach strategy for 2026.

Relationship Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery to contract signing.

What We Are Looking For

Deep Marketing Knowledge: You must have a background in [SEO / Paid Ads / Content Strategy] and be able to talk ROAS and ROI fluently with business owners.

Sales Hunter Mentality: You aren't afraid of the "startup hustle." You know how to find leads and close high-ticket retainers.
