Kitchen Manager/Head Chef

Full service, upscale casual concept has an opening for a head Kitchen Manager.

This is an in the door KM position to assume the responsibilities of the entire BOH operations for a $3M+ restaurant.

We require strong corporate or franchise experience in a freestanding restaurant. The ability to oversee the highest standards, cost control, team development and sanitation is required.

We offer a premium salary range $55K - $65K base plus bonus and benefits.
