Duties & Responsibilities
Enter and update data into company databases accurately and efficiently
Review documents for completeness and correct any errors
Maintain organized digital files and records
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as email correspondence or document uploads
Verify data for accuracy before and after input
Retrieve information for supervisors or team members as needed
Follow company guidelines for maintaining data confidentiality
Support the administrative team with daily office tasks
Communicate clearly with coworkers via email or messaging tools
Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with up to three years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Strong typing and computer skills
