Accounting Clerk (Timekeeping)

Generates timekeeping report and check its accuracy.

Serves as the main point of contact for the organization in managing the company's timekeeping system and in resolving complaints, requests related to it.

Ensures speedy resolution of employee's requests, queries, and complaints in order to provide to excellent customer service.

Tracks leaves usage of employees, and proper input of work schedules.

Prepares all necessary time correction and disputes of employees.

Ensuring that all entries for overtime, undertime, official business, and leaves have been approved.

Requirements:

Graduate of any Accounting or Finance related courses.

At least 6months – 1yr experience in Timekeeping.

Must have good data entry, mathematical reasoning, analytical and communication skills.

Able to maintain confidentiality and has integrity.

Fast-Learner and pro-active.
