Executive Chef – Full service/casual
We are a locally owned and operated destination restaurant with a terrific reputation and have an opening for a Head Chef/Kitchen Manager due to concept expansion.
We require Head Chef experience with a culinary driven concept, heavy scratch, $2M+ in annual food volumes.
This is a casual themed concept focusing on high quality food at very competitive prices.
Managing a BOH team of up to 15 employees as well as directing sous/kitchen supervisors. Experience with fresh seafood, hand cut steaks and all aspects of food cost management.
The highest degree of kitchen sanitation is a must.
