Interviewer for Online Technical Interviews (Remote)

We are seeking a reliable and professional interviewer to conduct online interviews for ongoing internal projects. This role focuses on leading structured and conversational interviews in a clear, respectful, and professional manner. Interviews are conducted remotely using standard video conferencing tools.

This is a legitimate contract role with consistent interview work based on project needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct online interviews following provided guidelines

• Engage interviewees clearly and professionally

• Maintain punctuality and meet agreed schedules

Requirements:

• You should be a native American English speaker

• Prior experience with interviewing, recruiting, journalism, or technical discussions

• Background or familiarity with software development concepts

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable computer, microphone, and internet connection

Details:

• Interview length typically ranges from 20 to 60 minutes

• Flexible scheduling based on availability

• Compensation is $1 per minute of interview time
