The Role:

As a Commission Based Sales Manager/Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships. You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and maximize revenue.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets

Manage and nurture client relationships

Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly

Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials

Provide training and support to junior sales staff

Team Structure: You will report to the Sales Director and work alongside a dynamic team of sales professionals.
