This fleet's drivers primarily operate in Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, Missouri, Wisconsin, Kansas, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Illinois (including Chicago). Potential runs to the East Coast and Florida are possible.

Company Drivers enjoy the following:

$1,350 Availability Incentive Pay

Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available for six days of dispatch

Annual Increase in Availability Incentive Pay

1 Year Tenure - $1,375

2 Years Tenure - $1,400

3 Years Tenure - $1,450

4 Years Tenure - $1,500

5 Years Tenure - $1,550

Monthly Safety & Performance Incentive Bonus

The incremental bonus is $0.05 to $0.15/mile above 3,999 during the four-week bonus period. The operator must qualify for all four weeks of the bonus period with no accidents, claims, CSA points, citations, or service failures.

Miles 0 - 3,999 = $0.00

Miles 4,000 - 5,999 = $0.05/mile

Miles 6,000 - 7,999 = $0.10/mile

Miles 8,000+ = $0.15/mile

Example

The operator has 4 safe weeks during the bonus period and runs 8,650 dispatched miles during this time. The operator will earn:

No extra pay for miles 0 - 3,999

$0.05/mile for miles 4,000 - 5,999 = $99.95 (1,999 miles)

$0.10/mile for miles 6,000 - 7,999 = $199.90 (1,999 miles)

$0.15/mile for miles over 8,000 = $97.50 (650 miles)

Total monthly bonus payout: $397.50

Pay Information

Per Diem Reimbursement:

$0.15 CPM, for an average of $59 per day of non-taxable income. Included in the rate of pay below.
