Rug cleaning expert

Looking for a rug cleaning expert for our in house cleaning plant. Must know how to identify clean and appraise all manner of hand knotted rugs. Does not necessarily require heavy labor just expertise. Duties include inspecting rugs when they come in, devising individual cleaning plans for each rug and over seeing cleaning process. Hires on at 70k with room to grow.
