Location: Berkeley California - San Francisco South Bay, Peninsula, Lower Valley

Compensation: Competitive

Relocation: No (can work from anywhere in the area)

Company looking for a CNC Sales Engineer for Northern California.

Incumbent will be empowered to make decisions regarding how to grow the territory and the compensation structure will be tied to the results of those decisions.

Access to an extremely competent technical team that can support needs on virtually any deal. Very diverse market that is growing allowing ample opportunities to "think out of the box" when devising solutions that drive clients' business objectives.

The territory this role will cover ultimately will depend on a combination of the individual's overall skill sets and experience, coupled with the business's needs as well as the candidate's geographical preference. However, in sum, it will focus on developed markets in and around the regional market.

Responsibilities:

- Generating projects

- Managing profitability

- Maintaining current customers' future business while simultaneously expanding new customer business in accordance with stated sales goals

- Maintain electronic 30-60-90 day forecast

- Follow Ellison Technologies sales training program

- Utilize SalesForce.com and update client information in a timely fashion

Qualifications:

Proven track record in territorial sales with machine cutting tool experience, that will fit into the team oriented culture. This person will pride themselves on "teaching" prospective clients about their business and delivering creative, value added, solutions.

Someone with successful B2B sales and a desire to learn highly sophisticated equipment may also be considered.
